Executive Director
Maria recently joined Evolution Reentry Services as our Director of Support Services. For over a decade, Maria’s tightly held beliefs in redemption and access to second chances have kept her tethered to the criminal justice community.
Initially, Maria was herself intertwined within the system and found that she wanted to help women who felt isolated and alone while going through such a traumatic journey.
Gordon Lyde
Volunteer Director, Men of Evolution
Gordon has worked his way through various Connecticut non-profit agencies and became known in the reentry circle as an agent for change. In 2022, Gordon helped Community Partners in Action build and open the Waterbury Reentry Welcome Center, providing assistance to men and women returning home after incarceration.

Alexa joined Evolution Reentry Services Wealth-Entry Team’s Homeownership Program. Alexa is has been an esteemed Property Title Research Expert for the past 10 years and brings her expertise of Real Estate Owned and Foreclosed homes to our program. She is the Director of Title Services at Fusion Title Search, LLC in Branford, CT.
David Pedrinelli
Property Title Investigative Researcher
David joined the Evolution team after he experienced the unique emotions and grief that a husband feels when their wife is incarcerated. He has been a property title researcher for the past 18 years and specialized in Real Estate Owned Properties. He joins our Wealth-Entry Program as he knows first-hand how important a home is to the success of individuals after incarceration. David is the Director of Title Search Services at Fusion Title Search, LLC in Branford, CT.
Mehki Washington, MA
Development Officer
Mekhi (Khi) Washington brings a robust background in project management, policy analysis, and program development to Evolution Reentry Services. Mekhi’s professional journey began at the New York State Education Department (NYSED) and continued as a Workforce Programs Specialist with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL), where she oversaw the implementation and management of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I youth programming services and funding.

Support Services Lead Pastor
Rev. Fr. Joseph Ciccone is a Priest in the Order of Franciscan Servants, currently assigned to Saint Joseph Mission Church, bringing the Gospel to those in the margins and to people in need wherever they may be. In 2013, Fr. Joe graduated with a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York after retirement as a police officer.

Thomas has enjoyed a versatile career as a performer, musicologist and educator. He has performed in many prestigious concert halls around the United States and Europe. Thomas is dedicated to growth and development of contemporary music.
