Jacqueline Purcell, founded Evolution Reentry Services in 2016 with one goal in mind, helping justice-impacted women and their children navigate their darkest moments to building success.
Her own experience with trauma in the criminal justice field culminated through her personal journey over a decade ago. She has since become a leader in the field, using her lived experience coupled with her professional expertise in business, social work and research creating a pathway for success after incarceration.
She dedicated 10 years of her life tearing down reentry rebuilding it through Evolution Reentry Services while reinventing policies and practices affecting justice impacted individuals. She broke down every barrier that women face when having a felony on their record obtaining homeownership, building a business, higher education, several professional licensing and being inducted into the CT Hall of Change.
As a property title researcher for the past 30 years she founded Evolution Reentry Services wealth-entry program focused on homeownership and wealth for justice-impacted women. She has been a featured keynote speaker at several criminal justice, psychology and property title conferences throughout the country and continues her work through research and educating society on the importance of dignity, empathy and equity of the justice-impacted community.
