To accomplish our goals, we are also committed to breaking down barriers that prevent individuals from launching impactful programs aimed at supporting those navigating the criminal justice system. By offering an open platform, we empower visionaries to bring their ideas to life, regardless of financial means or business expertise. Our organization provides the infrastructure, administrative support, marketing, and visibility needed to focus solely on their mission, ensuring their programs thrive.

It is through that open platform method we proudly welcome “The Men of Evolution” a new program founded by Gordon W. Lyde. This addition underscores the organization’s core values and beliefs of the “evolution” of the criminal justice system. The organization is continually growing its network with the goal of providing accessible resources across the country for marginalized communities.

Our strategies:

Leveraging the power of shared lived experiences, Evolution pairs individuals with mentors who have successfully navigated reentry. This fosters trust, builds confidence, and provides practical guidance for reintegration.

Offering free, accessible online support groups tailored to women, families, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and men, Evolution creates a judgment-free community where participants can build relationships and develop life skills.

Programs like the prison-to-homeownership initiative combine financial literacy, career-building, and education to help individuals achieve stability and long-term success after incarceration.
